We've loved EVERYTHING about the quite location, very clean and fully equipped apartments (stove with oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge, toster, coffee-machine), personnel, save & very clean swimming pool. Perfect place for family vacation. However it is more comfort to be with a car to get food, drive to the ocean with sand beaches and excursions to save powers and time. Close to the village (10 min walk) a very small shop with poor food variety + a very small shop just in the villa.

We arrived early evening, but when we checked in there wasn't a cot in our room, within 10 minutes they'd assembled it & made the bed for our 1 year old. I've stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world, but if you compare the cost & standard of accommodation you'd never beat this. Highly recommended, we'll be back. The fact that Sunningdale Village is exactly what it says a village. You dont feel as though you are stopping in a hotel and dont have to traipse through reception to get to your place. If you want to join in the fun you can or you can be completely alone without seeing anyone. every thing about the sunningdale village was just outstanding from the reception to the cleaners everything. The apartments were spacious and spotless also the washing machine was a great idea no dirty cloths to take home, will be back no problem. Fully equiped studio apartment,very comfortable and balcony with sunbeds and parasol so no need to go to the poolside which suited us as a retired couple.Staff very polite and helpful and towels and linen changed regularly. The staff very friendly , very confortable accommodation , pool and bar area very nice and the restaurant had a good variety of food andthe entertainment excellent .The Gardens were very well kept and attractive. Our apartment was beautifully equipped and furnished; very clean and comfortable. The gardens were immaculate as was the fantastic pool. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend!. We have been to Sunningdale often, and will be back as we are guaranteed excellent value for money, comfort and very helpfully staff in all departments. The maids do a brilliant job keeping the place spotless. exceptionally high standard, very clean & tidy apartment. pool area always clean & gardens immaculate. restaurant good food& good value for money.i would recommend Sunningdale to anyone. Good bed: they recently put new beds in each 2 person's flat. Kitchen very well equipped. Private terrace. Free parking. Flats are close to each other, but you don't really see the neighbors. it a lovely and silince place situated far from Las Americas with it;s life and beach but still a good to relax from the town noise. Wi-fi is available only in restaurant / swimming pool zone and to work with the PC using the internet you should go out of the apartments. Nothing. I didnt like the way my apartment was facing. I didnt get any sun at all on my balcony and consequently the apartment was cold all the time. nothing. nothing. I had no complaints. Gulf del Sur has limited shops and restaurants, so could be t downside for some people, but if your looking for peace and quiet this is a great place. thought pool , water feature & trees could be better illuminated at night as it is a stunning atrium. Airplanes landing or departing right above, depending on the wind. Stops during the night. Entertainment: but you can ignore it. Located in very touristic South coast. There was a bit problem with electricity (it switches off if stove and kettle function at the same time). ther was something wrong with wi-fi. the sofa bed was not at all comfortable to sit on as a sofa because the cushions kept sliding of. also the Aircraft arriving at 4.45am not a nice early morning call.but apart from that a very nice holiday. shop on site expensive but it saved a hike and all supermarkets nearby same prices!. The food at restaurant is not so tasty (they serve frozen pizza, etc..). It's not recommended for dinner or breakfast. the studio bed was big surprise where there was no bed and the sofa they consider as a bed was only single and they provide another bad single bed. Nothing. Renovation Noise. weather - it was rainy and even stormy for few days. location. Uncomfortable hard beds. Our apartment had building going on on either side which meant we could not talk ,sit out on our balcony or eat in the lounge.We complained twice and no one did anything. very poor tv reception. Wi Fi only available in bar area. Had to buy a drink every time you use it. Therefore not free.
