Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A safety deposit of EUR 600 is payable on arrival. This can be paid in cash or by credit card. Cheques are not accepted. Please note that air conditioning carries an additional charge of EUR 8.57 per day, from 13 June 2015 to 26 September 2015. Please note that heating carries an additional charge of EUR 25.71 per day, until 2 May 2015, and from 31 October 2015 to 1 May 2016. An obligatory final cleaning service costing EUR 180 is not included in the price. Free consumption is limited to 20 m3 of water per week. Consumption over this limit will be charged against the safety deposit (EUR 3,20 + iva / m3). It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost.
