Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. A damage deposit 500 EUR is payable upon arrival. This will be returned 7 days after check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that air conditioning carries an additional charge of EUR 19.50 per day, from 13 June 2015 to 26 September 2015. Please note that heating carries an additional charge of EUR 22.85 per day, until 2 May 2015, and from 31 October 2015 to 1 May 2016. An obligatory final cleaning service costing EUR 180 is not included in the price. It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
