Just back from a wonderful holiday in Colonia Sant Jordi. We couldn’t
have picked a better place or apartment. The rooms were immaculate and
very welcoming, we felt like home from the start. Here you can find
lots of activities, a great beach, great restaurants, in fact, the area
is perfect for a summer vacation. My family and I had a fantastic time.
I have rarely seen my kids be more relaxed. As for the apartment: it
has very comfortable beds, a good tv and a spacious lounge, it’s clean,

We stayed here a month ago and had a really fantastic time. The apartment was really clean and really comfortable, we loved it. Quiet at night, great view, and a very helpful manager. You can tell the apartment is very well kept, from dish washing liquid, to clean towels. This is a great place to stay and relax for a couple of days, or more. We have enjoyed the beach, the shopping and the night life. There are several restaurants close by with great food, and the people seem really friendly. Yo.
Great access to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping; in fact the
location is perfect. The apartment was very clean, with all the
amenities needed for a great stay. The kitchen was equipped like it says
in the description and we have no complaints about the noise. Maybe we
were lucky. My husband and I were very pleased with the hospitality and
with the way we were treated. We relaxed and had lots of fun the couple
of days we spent here and we definitely recommend it! I hope you all

It was a beautiful experience! From start to finish, the communication was great, and we didn’t have any problems checking in. The apartment has a spectacular view, we miss it already. We feel like we spent an eternity in Colonia Sant Jordi. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The owner was very friendly and every time we needed some info about the surroundings, he was kind enough to help us out. I recommend booking this place, no noise, fantastic locati.
We really felt like this was the most wonderful vacation we ever had as
a family. This apartment is really worth it, it’s close to the beach,
and the price is very affordable. We went shopping, sunbathing and long
walks on the beach. The rooms were clean, spacious and very
comfortable.There wasn’t anything missing and we had a good stay. We
would definitely return!.
If you want a clean apartment, with everything you need to spend a very nice couple of days, then Viviendas has it all. Spacious and with a great location, this place is totally worth it.

Location and layout was as described. suited perfectly.
Good access to the closest beach promenade and restorans area. It's convinient for evenengs' walkings. The appartments are quite close to the local small supermarkets where you can buy all necessary food and beverages including good local vegetables and fruits. The definitely good thing is that there is a lot of nice beaches around.

Found outside noise intrusive in the mornings about 7 am. Seemed to be refuse collection.
There are very noisy environment and echo around the building and activity starts at early morning so if you are sensible and you are not the one with a deep sleep i reccomend you to think about other options somewhere far away from the beach area. But it's a trade off question: noise vs close location. Crockery was old and a little bit dirty. There is lack of any oven.
