Good breakfast, location, staff, wifi, value for money. Close to 2 important bus stops (to the airport and to Cuevas del Drach), just one block away from the beach and various restaurants (including a Burger King that closes late in the evening). Stayed there in May, didn't test the AC.
We spend in the hotel one night, only, due to early flight (1,5 km from airport). All was OK. The sea beech is located in two minutes, a lot of shops and cafes nearby. Recommended for travelers having fly early at morning.all reviews »
Exceptional value for money, great breakfast, large spacious rooms and very friendly staff.

The price for taxi (13 Euro) is too big for mentioned distance. The town bus to airport starts since 07-00, only. Why?...
I couldn't figure out the AC in my room, it might have been broken. I would've opened the window, but the traffic made it loud.

The hotel was fully renovated in 2001 and is just 60 metres from Playa de Palma.
The hotel has excellent transport connections and is only 2.5 km from the airport and 8 km from the city of Palma. All of the famous nightlife of El Arenal is just a short distance from the hotel.
