So helpful on arrival. We arrived early so they looked for somewhere for us to store our luggage and change. Then they had a cancellation and immediately gave us the room. Staff could not have been more helpful. Great place to stay.

Interior a bit dated.
The noise above - people dragging furniture etc., banging doors/drawers anytime especially at 2 or 3am. No vent in the bathroom area and unable to open window this may be for security reasons. Lack of food preparation space in kitchen and lighting not the best in that area.
no wi-fi. no fans. paid safe box.
They would change their mattres. They are very very uncofortable. And also they should daily change the towels. Its not that clean to use it twice.
apartment very dated,no change of sheets in 7 day stay very unhyigenic in very hot weather,would not recommend apartamentos cala llonga to any of my friends.
on arrival no receptionist just note telling room number but no key. no instructions to room. finally found key and room.
Only went for 3 nights n 4days, got given no clean towels, noone came into the room to give us toilet roll or clean round!.
