Great place, specially for people who need to go to Burjassot University campus due to its 2 minuts walk-distance. Moreover rooms are great and fully equiped (good point: they have conditioned air). Good location for visiting University, Campus Burjassot. The room was clean with basic kitchen equipment. Standard for students residence. Everything it's OK but if your plan is going to Valencia city keep in mind you will have a pretty long way to get there.
