Good Location and nice sea views. Pool area although small was nice. The view from the room and the location of the hotel is very nice. It´s a real pity the hotel´s attitude and the rooms spoil everything.Paying additional for the safe. Even though the hotel has just been renovated, this only included the rooms (the lobby area is still very run-down). Inside the rooms we found hanging cables, uncovered electricity plugs and rotten doors. The breakfast had only low-cost and low-quality food. The staff was extremely impolite and unhelpful.

From Alicante Airport take the motorway A7 towards Valencia all the way to the exit 65 < Benidorm levante> . After the toll, carry straight along the Comunidad Europea avenue and once more carry straight along the Europa avenue up to the crossing with the Mediterraneo avenue. When you reach the crossing turn to the left and carry on until the end of Mediterraneo avenue, at this point you must turn to the right to enter through the Atmella del Mar avenue, continue straight until arriving to the beach, turn to the left up Hamburgo street where you will find the hotel just a few meters up the road.
