All of it could not fault the apartment at all, the view was great we did'nt hear anything from the people in the other apartments around us in our block,it had everything we needed and the washing machine was a god send,this was my fourth time in Benidorm and will definitely use this apartment again. I Stayed at the Carabelos in August the apartment was big with everything we needed. We stayed on the 12th floor and the view of the seafront was amazing would recommend the apartments.

The appartment was very nice with a seaview it also had a microwave oven & a washing machine which is rare.plus bbc & itv chanels if you want to stay in at night. close to beach and shops lovely seaviews spacious rooms provided everything you needed very clean loved it this was my forth time here wouldnt stay anywhere else. location was perfect.The design of the apartment was good.Everything was spotless all appliances you would need.Will definately stay again. I did wonder why there would be no dishclothes & basic things to start you off as we left washing up liquid, salt, etc but this is no problem. It was in a great spot & it was very comfortable. We broke an ash tray by accident and as I didn't get to replace it I left a gift for the cleaning lady. Good location, just a few steps off the beach. Basic and clean, all services were working well. That there was'nt anybody in the reception office after 1pm check in was 2pm so we had to go to the hotel across the road for the keys. The only downside was the there was only one mirror in the bathroom not good if you have teenage girls. Need mirrors in the bedrooms. We didnt realise where the office/reception was til 3 days into the holiday.as there is no signage so we did not avail of the safe for remainder of holiday.Also no change of towels at all, no cleaners ? was left with rubbish from start to finish. sometimes the apartments dont have full length mirroes this is abit disappointing as all women like to see thereselves when getting ready also we dont always get a ironing board even though its stated in the booking but apart really from the mirror great apartments will be going again next year. The cooker is (Gas) & the bottle is under the sink !!! MUST turn it on also if its empty you Pay.... To collect your keys on arrival can be hard ??? Your avrrival time / look into it. No balcony No oven Smelly drains Not enough lighting for reading in the evening. Nothing. No pool , key pick up at mont park the reception staff there were abrupt and unhelpful. I was disappointed there was no oven and limited sea views which were stated as having at the time of booking.it would have been nice to have the oven as we were on budget so it restricted us cooking some meals. Pool without water. Problems with hot water in the bathroom. No WiFi. having to pick keys up from the hotel across the road MONT PARK very ignorant staff. nothing to dislike. Would like to have had some sunbeds even though near the beach. n/a. no pool. the mattress was a bit lumpy. Nothing to dislike. Need more information on where to go on Arrival. Went to wrong gate. Need signs on all gates regarding where reception is. We didn't get any fresh towels. only changed bedding and towels once. No pool not working. only had luggage storage until 1pm. pull out bed not big enough for 2 people..had a 17 + 11 yr old with us...had to get clean towels ourselves due to problem with staff and change of bedlinen done on day 6 of our 7 day stay !!!. Nothing. difficult when you first arrive,unless you know what to do. the weather. The beds were too short as we are tall but I would definitely book again. We arrived before 5p.M. but couldn't get in so had to go with cases to reception at other hotel. We didn't find the staff there very friendly but the cleaning ladies were lovely. A mess during check-out. No English speaking staff at the desk. The entrance is not straight forward. You need to know all the tricks with Mont Park hotel accross the road. Towels were changed twice during 2 weeks, sheets were not supposed to change at all. There is no internet (neither complimentary nor vallet) at all althoug the hotel description says they do have one for 5 Euro per day. Nothing really.Easy to avoid anything unsuitable or that we didn't like. No information given when we collected the key, and not very friendly staff in hotel where we collected the key. Equipment and crockery in kitchen very limited. No window or extractor fan in bathroom. We did not have any hot water,This was due to the gas bottle being empty under the sink,we did not no about this,felt when pointed out to us on last morning was very dangerous.Also not clear on arrival how to get into appartment.Then we find out you got to see the man in charge before 1everyday,not a great time,as we went on a drinking holiday. No communal pool / facilities. No wifi as stated no English tv channels as stated.took 9 days of our holiday and then we got some clean towels no sheets. no room available to leave cases on last day/or to shower. only changed towels once in 10 days. windows were draughty poor cleanihg had to ask for clean towls and bedding then we were just given them very noisy.
