  The room we had was quite basic and a bit older, but had everything we needed and was comfortable, with fresh towels and linens, and a nice view into the town. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful, with Florence (the girl checking us in) showing us around the property, showing us the parking and giving us some information and tips about the ar... what people say » ea and even offering us a nice drink while we checked-in. Also the owner, Arno, was very friendly and helped us with some plans and offered great tips - Excellent location; smack in the middle of the town center. The owner (arno Zacharias who looks like a rock star) & his staff were all accommodating & professional. They helped me plan small trips in & around stunning Stellenbosch. Ah, everybody should not miss the wine route! Room was kept immaculate. Breakfast was adequate. Arno was kind enough to offer me a lift back to the train station for capetown. Thanks! I will definitely stay here again. I really liked the welcoming spirit.
