  The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. Our room had an exceptional view and was very well equipped. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever enjoyed. It was for our wedding night and the next morning for breakfast the hotel staff gave us cake and sweets, really nice of them!
