Location.
The rooms were comfortable and the reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. The manager was also very helpful.
Balcony railings were loose as they broke off the wall.very dangerous.
Breakfast , bacon was soggy, scrambled eggs overlooked.tablecloth laying
on flower,looked more like sheets used instead of tablecloth.
tvs in rooms should be upgraded ,and more channels for guests.
Parking too far especially in bad weather.
Slippery Floors in bedroom
Breakfast wasn't fantastic.
Breakfast a bit disorganised - running out of items. A bridge to hotel room from road instead of a flight of steps down and another flight of steps up?.
Bed was poorly made and duvet did not seem to fit properly. No blankets to be found in the room and we had to ask twice for a blanket. The whole place was in need of a face lift - was looking very tired.
Poor management: no coaching staff /no attention for guest/poor
internet facilities /not an nh hotel as we experienced it in other
countries.
The floor was slippery and this posses a health and safety risk as someone can fall and injure himself/herself.
Smoke filled our room from upstairs and all our clothes smelt.
Moved rooms where the fridge didn't work, door didn't work, air con didn't turn off.
The rooms were never cleaned properly. The food was very average.
The pool always had a film on it.
It needs a revamp.
