It's the tiny attention to detail that I won't forget and will rave to all my friends about. Not to mention the ridiculously good food. all reviews » Love, love, love the Strandloper Boutique Hotel. 5 star luxury is the only way to describe it. Relaxing luxury. A birds eye view of the ocean & it's right on the the beach. There is no bed like your own bed, but this one I could have packed up & taken home. Excellent service and wonderful staff. Where Heaven meets Earth. Very friendly welcome. The people were very nice and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Nice touch were the fire in the room in the evening; Nespresso and teas in the room, and the complimentary car wash. Loved everything. The guys that work there are extremely friendly, the hotel is great, very confortable, great room, great location. It is on the beach. Pity they don't have a restaurant. Breakfast was ok. The staff were very friendly,welcoming, knowledgable and professional. The hotel and setting were very true to the pictures on the web, fantastic setting right on the beach, peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful rooms. Everything in good working order. The manager arranged that we could go to another hotel, where we could use wifi, enjoying complimentary bubbles. In the information on the web it gave the impression that dinner was available at the hotel, it wasn't. This should be made more clear ( the staff were good at sorting somewhere to eat though). Could have a swimming pool , the ocean is far too cold. A courtyard was adjoining the room for use: chairs there but strangely no sun loungers. Far and away the best seating for breakfast was in very limited supply, so we were restricted to a chilly shaded position. A pity. parking should be outside villas check in should take 5mins forms all filled in with booked details. Nothing. Nothing. Staff did not know the local area and food options well. The Service especially the evening meals they were badly organised For the star ratings it provided nothing for the price charged.
