  Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower is especially lovely. I would stay in this hotel anytime again. - the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful

  Amazingly friendly hosts who catered to our every need - including treating us like friends giving us lifts everywhere and the most delicious breakfasts including fresh scones and croissants.   I journeyed almost five months through SA. This was the best value for money accommodation I stayed at during the entire trip (note: I stayed at cheaper and much more expensive places during this trip). I liked the architecture, the nice spacious rooms (the rooms feel like small apartments rather than rooms), the friendliness and professionalism o... what people say » f the staff, the excellent breakfast and pasta dinners, the well-functioning TV and internet (not always a given in SA), and the closeness to Wits Uni - Everything has been said before, no need to repeat it all again. It was a pleasure to stay, with everybody doing their all to make our stay as enjoyable and as seamless as possible, especially the managers Danny and Dimitri. A few things to note, breakfast IS included in the price, not immediately obvious on the website. Also, WIFI was being extended to all rooms as I left, it just gets better and better:-) Please ask for Danny's express check-out service when leaving. Highly Recommended..!!

We have never been to Johannesburg and surroundings and were extremely delighted with our choice of accommodation. We arrived earlier than check-in time due and were immediately offered coffee and a plac - The staff were very friendly and very helpfull in every situation. The water meter had been stollen so we were without water for a good part of a day. The staff made sure we had water and hot water whenever we needed it. Wonderful breakfasts. Nice location in Johannesburg. Would stay again for sure.
