The staff was spectacularly attentive. They tried to adopt my 6 month old son and promptly set up a cot for him in our room. Our friend's room had a missing shower head and within minutes of arriving in his room, he received a call inquiring about the plumbing and moving him to another room. the mall.breakfast at the hotel is a good spread so nothing to complain

which is about 28 kms away and takes around 35 mins by taxi (300 za
rands). Overall the hotel is good and it was a very pleasent stay. -
The rooms were very comfortable and well sized. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, right opposite the Sandton City Mall/Nelson Mandela Square and less than five minutes walk from the Gautrain Station.
Very nice hotel. Will definitely come back and highly recommended.

Excellent lighting - at last a chain which appreciates people want
decent light to live by. Good shower overhead and hand held. Can open
windows. Very near Gautrain station and Sandton square and safe to walk.

to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth.

The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.
