  We really love everything about Augusta Bay Guest House - the location, the staff / services, comfort, cleanliness. Its modern and have free and stable wi-fi in the room, individual parking lot and really facing the head front. There's no elevator but the staff helped us to bring our luggages up, so it OK. I will definitely come back if I visit K... what people say » nysna again and recommend it to my friends. - A lovely clean, spacious, luxurious guest house, with very comfortable rooms. The bathroom and shower were exceptionally good for getting in and out of with mobility problems. Staff were most welcoming when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were excellent. The location at the Heads is absolutely superb with an excellent restaurant only yards away.

  The accommodation was excellent, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. We had complete privacy both inside and on the balcony, which had wonderful views of the lagoon. The owner and staff were helpful, efficient and pleasant. The breakfast was most enjoyable. - Excellent accommodation, great views. Cant wait to go back.

  Great location - close to Waterfront and perfect view over the lagoon. Big rooms with nice bath/shower. You better take the room with lagoon view, e.g. on the upper floor. But if you don't make it for the room with lagoon view, breakfast area has perfect view as well. Breakfast was very good.   Everything about Villa Castollini was fantastic! We received the warmest and most amazing welcome, the facilities and spot on, the staff is extremely friendly, attent, helpful and made our stay a wonderful experience, their moto "come as strangers and leave as friends" is indeed inevitable, every staff members knows you by name and take interest o... what people say » n you as individual. The view was amazing and we would certainly recommend to anyone that is planning a good break in Knysna. Nan is a fantastic host!

  The owners and there parents made our anniversary very pleasant. Breakfast were good value and the staff is helpful and friendly. The fireplace warm the house up nice at night.Was a GREAT STAY. - Best breakfats in the world and the staff is extremely friendly. they also helped us with brochures of places we could visit while there.

And we promise you'll love it like we a - The place is really amazing! It feels like in living in a jungle. All huts are uniquely designed and the staff is just great. They help you with everything you want and were really helpful and friendly. Their welcoming of us as a family (We travelled with two kids and my parents) was honest and open hearted.
