The owners went out of their way to be helpful and patient with our questions and needs. Even though they don't have an on-site restaurant, they serve a wonderful breakfast buffet and directed us to local restaurants for lunch and dinner. The rooms are newly renovated with unique decor. The owners ans staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the breakfasts superb. Altogether, an unexpectedly wonderful experience. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Had a great time and would definately return in future. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in! Beautifully decorated rooms. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. If you don't want to go out to a restaurant you can get a meal delivered to the house.The relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. It was a great location without being in a congested area.Minimal TV channels. The phone goes to fax so you cannot leave a message. No GPS coordinates were available and the address on the website is in Melville as where the business card reads in Aucklandpark. This made it a bit difficult to locate the guesthouse since we do not know the area at all. Difficult to get through on the phone.I would suggest adding a news channel such as cnn, bbc or Skynews totheir cable for the interest of business travelers desirind to keepabreast of world events al the time. To me thats important.
