Apart from the actul building , the welcome and subsequent friendliness and hospitality was out - This is a gorgeous guest house. Our room was so confortable and large, it had the best bathroom I ever experienced in a hotel with 1 big bath and 2 fantastic showers! Ina, the owner was very friendly - like the rest of the staff - and made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent, service beyond expectations. We loved it.

  Everything about our stay was superb, Peter and Olensa were really welcoming hosts. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated,spacious and very clean. gardens and pool,lovely. Certainly recommend this guest house and would stay again on our next visit to SA - Everything was perfect and clean and worked.   We planned on staying one night at Baleens, but changed to 2 after getting there. We loved the wonderful building and the African furniture and furnishings.
