    The hotel is well priced but the location is very dodgy to say the least.We were able to get parking at least.The close proximity of the bars are a huge turnoff and that coupled with the night staff at the front desk being so indifferent to my child who tried to greet was not a great advert for the hotel.I Was happy with the rest of the staff as w... what people say » ell as the neatness and breakfast was satisfactory.I Will not stay there again.It is not kid friendly. - We had a nice weekend @ Albany hotel together with my friends. The positive thing is transport is just near meaning local taxis without a hassle in just few seconds. The friendly staff of Albany hotel always available to assist with a smile. The other thing is it's secure because the security is always around 24/7 and all this services @ an affordable price. Will definitely book @ Albany again. Keep up the good work!!

    The price!!! R420 per night with Breakfast. Included is free parking with security. Hotel has free WiFi although slow it is still included. This Manor is old, but we liked it. Felt like we travelled back in time. Bedding was clean percale cotton of high quality. Room had Airconditioning and Satelite Hotel bouquet DSTV. Hotel is by the harbour... what people say » and convenietly located. Room although it had no view was quiet with a balcony. It was funished with antique furniture and the bed was of a good qual - The total experience, but primarily the rewriting of history. The colonial history of the hotel is abundantly clear in its incredible collection of wooden furniture, tap crowns, low door handles, etc. However, it reflects a poetic irony in the Madiba art collection and his inspiring words in his own handwriting, and the "new" queen of the castle halfway up the majestic stair case.
