Everything was great. Compared to the city itself, the Mesami is a dream. I would recommend this place ten times over. I was expecting so much worse. Rooms were neat and well equipped with TV, aircon and hairdryer and serviced daily. Bathrooms beautiful. Friendly staff. The new design is exquisite. The views are agreat. Staff is helpful and understands the tourism industry.

Nothing. the pillows are a bit hard and there is no extra bedding for when it is cold. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable I found it strange that the packaging was still on the photographs. The fact that there,was no early check in....if ur,a hotel...have the facility....the breakfast times....9am for breakfast to end is way to,early...no one goes to,a hotel to wake up in the wee hours...re evaluate...check out at 10 am? Stick to standards if ur gonna call urself a hotel. I could have booked into protea or elangeni.... The hotel is situated right next to old house area. The Neibourhood was very noisy. The fact that the wifi did not work, so I had to go to coffee shops to use their wifi.. Disappointed and I made sure before hand that they did have wifi. When we were having breakfast chatting with my family one of their staff memembers came and asked if we were done, that was rude. Its noisy outside wierd beacuse you cannot see where the noise comes from.The rooms are too small. The safe couldnt open, receptionist phone me to tell me that i was suppose to have checked at 10 only to find out that she phoned the wrong number. Please check first before you phone. would not go out at night your self. Raised room rate without notice in mid-stay. Not recommended. .
