We got a very good rate. The hotel is modern, luxurious enough and in a great location, 15 drive to Cape Town City, but with plenty to do right on the doorstep. We traveled with our 4 year old, and they made a comfy bed for her on the floor, but as the Executive suite was designed with a divide between the lounge/kitchen and the bed, we still had ... what people say » our privacy, which worked out very well. The beds were super comfy and when we asked for flatter pillows they were replaced immediately. More Rooibos - It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I will definitely be back to stay at the hotel:). Thank you to your hotel and amazing staff.

Michel and Ursula make a stay at Rouge on Rose feel like you've instantly found a new home and want to move in for a year, not just a few days. This hotel is owner operated and family run. After one day, we felt like we were part of the owners family. Best concierge services I have ever experienced. The owner, Ursula, made reservations, oredered taxis, arranged tours and looked after us. The room was spacious and felt like an apartment. I could not recommend this place more highly
