  The manager who went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable by providing an extra room. The hotel is full of character and beautiful - rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you could need including bottled water. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious. A very pleasant place to stay, only a quick taxi ride (or reasonable walking distance if so desired) of the V&A waterfront. There are also a number of restaurants/bars closer to the guest house if you didn't want to go further afield every night. I would happily visit again.

  Marco was very professional and polite. He made me feel welcomed, even offering free beers! The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was cooked to order and was very fresh and high quality, like cage-free eggs. The ambiance and decor was exceptional. The location was not too far from most of the sights of interest to tourists. - Perfect stay for my recent business trip. Secure and easy access to come and go as I please and a perfect location for a early morning jog before a delicious breakfast. Friendly, helpful owners, great room and lots of attention to detail.   I liked the way staff go out of their way to help with relevant information. That made our stay a very comfortable one. Next time I visit Cape Town I will we consider staying with the Sweet Lemon B&B. One thing though you should provide lemons for tea. - I loved the smell of the wood fire in the afternoons and evenings, the hot water bottle ... what people say » in my bed and the comfort of the room. I loved the décor, it is very African-inspired and also has a beautiful farm house feel with the added luxuries.
