Staff was excellent and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable -- the entire house was comfortable and inviting. The 8 en-suite double bedrooms offer 3 bathrooms with double-ended baths for bathing à deux and all have showers. The king-size beds can be used as singles or doubles. The headboards are made from railway sleepers, and the bedside tables repeat the wood-and-glass motif of the public rooms. By car: - Arriving at the airport, follow the N2 in the direction of Cape Town. - Follow the motorway until the N1 and N2 merge to become Buitengracht Street. - Turn right into Strand Street, which later becomes Highlevel Road. - Turn right once you reach Avenue Normandie. - Sundown Manor is on the corner of Avenue Normandie and Norman Grove.
