Staff went the 'extra mile' to help out (offer of their own
hairdryer if there wasn't one in reception, happy to hold luggae
till the room was free when we arrived early morning after an over-night
flight, use of a room to freshen up for late night departure). Happy
smiling staff everywhere. Easy car parking & security staff visible.

Far away from the city center, one needs a car, taxi or minibus to get
there. May be difficult to find. No power at electrical sockets in my
room (lights were Ok). Bad WiFi reception in my room (had to go to lobby
to surf the web).

Sheets and duvet were torn.Bed side light fused.Blinds in bathroom were broken and hanging diagonally across the window.Budget room yes , but it must still be heat and tidy!! Parking for your car inadequate, park in the street down the road.Very disappointed.

Bickley Annex is a poxy 0 star establishment that should be condemned
and is cleverly marketed alongside the 4 star Bickley Terraces, where I
thought I had booked. Beware.
