  La Savina was the best hotel I stayed in when I was in South Africa. La Savina is centrally located. 2 min walk to the Canel Walk. 10 min taxi ride to VA Waterfront, 20 mins to Camps Bay. Do not be mislead and stay in Downtown Cape town it is bette... what people say » r to stay outside the city. - For a reasonable self-catering apartment in a pleasant safe location, La Savina worked well. Our hosts arranged that a requested wheelchair would be available from the time of our arrival from the airport. This made a big difference in our whole family being able to tour the Capetown area. That was very much appreciated!
