The family that runs this B&B were all extremely welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Mrs. Jana drove us to the airport at 5:30 am for only 3 Euros. The bed was very comfortable and the price very affordable. We took advantage of the complimentary bikes and rode around the outskirts of the village through a patch of forest and some corn fields. Very beautiful scenery with the mountains nearby. We ate a delicious and inexpensive dinner at another hotel in the village. The owners of Rooms .
all reviews » Everything. Starting from Jana that came to pick us up and take us back to the airport with a wonderful BMW. She was very nice, polite and willing to fulfill all our needs. The room was far more than expected, spacious enough, very clean and well-equipped. The location of the facility is also perfect: very close to the airport, but also immersed in the green nature that Slovenia offers. We had a great time during our stay and for sure we will be staying there each time we have to visit Slovenia. The staff (family run) was very kind and helpful. Prepared to offer a lift if you are heading in their direction. Advice on cheaper late taxis out of Ljubljana. Picturesque location. Very good view of the Kamnik Savinjske Alps. Just a 2 minute walk to the bus stop for a 45 min trip to Ljubljana or a minute walk to the bus stop for the bus to the airport (5 mins). We traveled from Italy to Croatia and needed a place to stay for one night in Slovenia. We found here a great place for a holiday. Will be back. When we arrived we heard someone playing traditional songs at an instrument. Now that was a nice welcoming! Jana was very nice, gave us some hint's about what to do in the area. There's no minus points for accommodation, but it is a problem if you plan to do excursions around the country without hiring a car. Last bus to Vopovlje from Ljubljana is 20:10 (19:10 on weekends/public holidays). We aren't sure whether the deal included breakfast, but they didn't offer it and we were in a hurry to get to the airport early in the morning so the whole issue was overlooked. A point to check when booking. The breakfast room is small, and you have to wait some minutes... No complaint at all, only a bit far from the center, quite countryside. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. rien. Nothing. Nothing. Our room was half underground, no views at all. nothing. Small room for a family with two children. it is very difficult to find a place. There are no pointers. There is no signage on the building.
