I loved the spa facilities which were sophisticated and oozed sytle. The treatments were wonderful and the staff helpful and friendly. The ski bus is available as an when you need it just ringthe hotel to be collected from the slopes - wonderful!. The hotel is children friendly, we were with our 2 years old boy and we had a great time. The staff and the hotel itself was better than I have imagined and the value for money is excellent (we where there during the summer time).

Rooms were a little too warm and I couldn't change the temperature below 18 degress. Not a big problem as I simply opened the window of an evening. Nothing. The set-menu that came as part of the "Full Board" option was a little bit limited, but the Hotel did give us the option to dine in the bar and use our "credit" towards that menu or likewise chose an alternative from the full a-la-carte menu and pay the supplement. nothing except no tea/coffee in room, but they gave us a kettle when asked. Morning housekeeping walking into room at 8.30 am.
