The rooms were comfortable and clean. All in all it was a good value for the price we paid. Not far from the city. Less than $10 cab fare to most places we went. Staff was helpful in finding places to eat since we have Shellfish allergies in the family. The staff was very hospitable and attended to my familiy at almost instantaneous speed.The clean toilet. Some packs of hot drinks and pot for boiling water in the room.all reviews »
Flexiblle. that the room was properly tidied up when i came back. clean. The hotel was quick to provide cleaning services if called for.The phone systems were down while we were staying there. The bath tub was a little too high up and difficult to get in and out of for the kids. Only one lift to be share, more elevators can be a real good add-on.Too small to move around. But considering the price, I think it is value for money. The environment outside the hotel was not pleasant due to it being located in a red light district. I guess if it is located outside this area, it would be a good and conducive place to stay. So so. i think if the windows could be opened, it would be better for air circulation in the room which was pretty bad. there were also some insects in the rooms. Not so clean... there are cockroaches in the room! The towels are very old.polite. The reservation staff were very unfriendly. The cleanliness of the facilities has to be prioritized.Not a good location with pubs and clubs all around/ At night it becomes a red light zone. It was veru noisy with people laughing and talking too loud. I couldn't get a good sleep. the noise at night. lots of shouting all night, was dirty, did noot help with luggae.
