Great location near the MRT station and lots of shops and cheap food options close by. Staff were friendly and happily swapped our room when the first room we were given had a really strong smell of smoke. -

perfect for us: pretty close to airport, very cheap (for Singapore),
with possibility of late check-in, air cond, wifi, two bottles of water

This place is just GREAT. I extended my stay from one night to a whole week. You can't find better Value for your money in Singapore. It's relatively budget friendly whilst being very clean, no bugs, no roaches. It's quiet. Good faciities, good water pressure, hot water shower. Staff is friendly. Location is O.K (though props to the guy who said he came here with his daughter lol).

My husband and I had a pleasant stay based on our experience at JJH Boutique for a few reasons:
1. Budget-friendly-very affordable price for the room rent and they even have hot & cold shower, strong wi-fi connection, good a/c and the room is very clean.
2. Great location-close to 24HR Hypermarket, bus stop station, and budget restaurants.
3. Amenities-they have fridge, water heater, microwave, kitchen utensils, washing machine/dryer out side the room which can be used for free.
