  Ken or Kenneth (i think thats his name) from Frontdesk is great! He is tge person who attended to us when we arrived and when we left. A very very nice and polite person. He is very helpful to us telling us where to go and how to go to places. Also, the bus driver at night. Just wasn't able to get his name but he is cool.he always say good eveni... what people say » ng to each and every guests that jumps in at Noveno mall and he will say thank you, salamat or good evening again to each and everyone when they are a - I was traveling with my 5 children and my mother. Family rooms are rare in Singapore from my research. The interconnecting family room at Days was great. The staff were wonderful especially the Bell boy - he gave us directions and helped get us to where we wanted to go on numerous occasions. He even helped load our luggage into taxis even though he had officially finished work for the day. The hotel is a little out of the city but they offer a great free shuttle service to the train. Great hote

  Hospitable staff. - Enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Very helpful staff dealing with the airline regarding a lost piece of luggage.
