The hotel's location was perfect for me. The hotel itself has been recently renovated so all the facilities are quite modern and new. The breakfast selection is quite good, and the hotel staff is very well trained, friendly and helpful. For example, when I stayed there, the guests in the room next to mine were being extremely loud until 2am, so after calling the reception, the staff was extremely quick and efficient in helping me out with the problem.

Understandably, location of the hotel is also great. For me, being on a business trip, Internet connection throughout the hotel is important and I had absolutely no troubles here. Wonderful staffs, room was good. Yes indeed it is pretty small, (like what the other users mentioned) but good enough for you to walk around. The amount of money paid is not equivalent to a 4-star or 5-star hotel so do not expect the room to be as big. Price and service was good. Breakfast service was not excellent but fair. The hotel located to everywhere close so even by walking you can see many places in the center. Lovely staff. No smoking at the rooms which s needed everywhere in balkan. But this is something I did not realize when I booked it. So if you are uncomfortable in tight spaces, you should really consider another type of room. Other than that, all is great in this hotel. First of all, i had a room at 6th floor and 7th floor was a construction which was starting early morning to breakdown hotel over our heads. It was the worst thing from hotel but I hope they will finish soon. One day the elevator did not work so we had a little bit exercise by the hotel steps. Lack of hotels own parking place. Perhaps hotel management should make a contract with Parking servis for using nearby garage in Pionirski park. There was not a free parking space near the hotel. There was an underground parking space and it is 18 euro daily which was really expensive. Maintenance could be a bit more to the point, i.e. doors, bath room fittings need more care than they apparently get. The doors are to thin besides, you hear everything happening on the corridor when inside the room. Nothing. Repair wasn't problem for me, but in my room I heard every talking and sounds of all people, who was going by stairs. There wasn't slippers and map of the city. Elevator not working. Very small bar of soap. There could have been a little more variety in the breakfast. breakfast a bit light. The Tv was not working. A bit of a smell in the room from the drains. Needs to be fixed because it was not nice. Elevator was not in service during my stay. Nothing. Our room located at the front was a bit noisy due to a lof of traffic in the street. Elevator was not operational at the moment. WLAN didn't work on my mobile. Elevator should be renew. Parking, lift. No garage. It was very noisy from early in the morning because the where renovatιng the 7th floor and we where staying in the sixth. No parking, you have to pay 90 rsd (80 cents) for one hour parking in nearby public garage. A bit expensive compared to similar hotels in the region, no parking available. Cafe close early. The economic room was really really small. I bumped in corners every time I walked. Nevertheless it was my own choice and it was clearly stated even in the hotel info. However I think the price of the room is too high for the comodity it delivers. An exceptionally small single room.
