Very good hotel , my room was neat & accommodaed Hotel staff were pleased,cooperative & quick responsers

I have been staying there several times in the last month or more and the Gym is always under maintenance, in other words there is no Gym.

Some unclean surfaces. Small TV screen size. Slightly worn out towel. View from outside the room windows is messy (old cans & socks that the hotel staff never bothered themselves to remove)

It's location - which is in the center of Riyadh.

The night staff was rude, I had driven all the way from Dammam to Riyadh at reached there at 1.20 am only to find no one at the reception. I was told to wait for the receptionist who was out for dinner at 1.20 am?? When he came back, it was as if I am desperate to stay at the hotel!

Location and proximity to business and government locations north of Riyadh

-Rooms need to revamped especially room carpets -lighting within the rooms is bit dull

A lot of noise from outside, the window is broken, can not be shutted down, I asked for change room, they told me there was no! When I was going to check out, I have to pay cash! Why???

-the bed was clean -towels were clean too -receptinists were very helpful

-the mosque was very near to the hotel and the voice was so loud so i couldnt sleep -the labours were cleaning the coridor by the machine at 8 a.m !!!!!!!!!!!! -the walls and carpet were dirty -it's my last time to stay in this hotel ..
