The hotel is excellent. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

There is no bells outside the rooms. Others have to knock the doors inoder to open the doors for them. No sound proof system. You can hear the people knocking on the doors for the rooms next to you. It was very noisy.

I like the interior design of the hotel & the detailed light fixtures. Moreover, the use of Arabic calligraphy give special spirit to the place...simply, the best hotel I have ever seen in Madina.

The location is perfect just around 100 meters to enter the masjid for both side men and women's The rooms are comfortable but a bit small, Breakfast buffet was delious

We arrived early around 1 pm and I requested for early check in and we were family with small kids, the initially said we will try our best, unfortunately we stayed for 3 hours waiting for rooms, we booked 3 rooms and we got 2 rooms cos we wanted connected door but unfortuantly they haven't got connector doors which they should mention in the room description section,

I used to come Almadinah many times in deffrent hotels they ware more flexible than Shaza in terms of check out according to the busniess They other hotels gave us till 5 and 6 if the hotel was empty

Everything was simply done with a smile. Great hotel & great experiance.

Just a comment... The lemo company was not professional as they kept playing with prices as they wish... The driver was sleepy and I had to entertain him to stay awake.

Near to Haram particulary ladies section, shopping area.Feiendly staff .Well decorated in Islamic design, excellant breakfast that is included, I bet the lunch and dinner will be the same. very tasty fresh juice at reception ,and arabic coffee don't miss it.

Great breakfast with very helpful staff. The location also was very close to Al Haram Alnabawi. Elevators are always avaTheilable.

During booking I asked for one king size bed, when arrived no room with one single bed available, upgraded me to a suite, but the bed was two single beds but together to make one large bed. Also, at check in, front desk said all what's in mini bar is free for first night, was expecting water, soda, juice, nuts, chocolate. Unfortunately only water and Pepsi was there.

They were very accommodating with our early arrival request. And if you are a GHA member, then they let you check-out late without even requesting them. On top of that, the location was just perfect for anyone visiting Masjid Al Nabawi. I would definitely stay there again in the future!

The restaurant provides very good service including delicious food and friendly waiters ..rooms design is very relaxing and luxurious although the furniture is a bit old and dirty

I went to different hotels around the word in Paris London Malta and Maldives and I can frankly say room hotels are dirty ..client expect cleaner rooms from 5 star hotel ..room service is just a pitty ..I used to stay in shaza almadani last year for 10 days ..cleaners did not bother themselves to clean the bathroom ..so sad
