all reviews » everything. Its a good hotel near Main Road near to Haram, taxi only charge 5SAR. There are two hotels one arabic and one Pakistani near the hotel with the facility of Bank as well. Overall its a good experience. The price was excellent and the room was very clean. However, the bed was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise the room was excellent. it was clean and comfortable and economic also near by masjed nabawy. The staff is friendly, rooms were good, kitchen is equiped. overall space and amenities available. value for money. over all hotel is good, prices are reasonable. Overall it was good.... Neat & Clean. Staff is good and helpful. clean and spacious. Staff are friendly. Place looked fairly nice. Okay for a simple room for a couple of nights. Nothing. Wrong choice from booking. the space was more than enough. Nothing worth highlighting. 1. Laundry Services (Washing Machine was displayed in the room pictures) but was not available. 2. Language Problem 3. We informed at the reception that there is no IRON facility in the room, but the guy on reception totally ignored and started smiling. 4. Due to road constructions, the access was miserable to the hotel 5. Wifi Speed was so bad. The location its little bit diffecult,but using taxi u can arrive every where u want,please dont forget to take the hotel address card,its the only way the driver would know the place. The kitchen is empty from everything but an oven and a refrigeration. little bit language issue..but not big problem.. No mirror in the bathroom even small. Only one hanger in the closet. No food to order inside the hotel. Location. There is no transport to Haram, One have to manage by him/her self which is bit complicated and time consuming. Also its not value for money because: No Transport No Breakfast No Lunch No Dinner. There were no bus trips to the Haram and no taxi services available. The hotel was too remote from the Haram. Also, cleaning staff needs training about making sure the room is emputy before trying to open the door. The cleaning staff should knock and wait for and answer before trying to open a door to clean the room. the doors were soooo noisy they made a lot of uncomfort for my baby. water leakage in toilet, there was no table for dinning, there is no indaciation to access the building. I called the hotel apartment atleast 10 times and waisted around 1 hour to find the hotel. A bit away from haram. some staffs were rude but it was individualistic. Hotel was under renovation, therefore there was smell of paint everywhere, room chairs were dirty. Wifi signals were very weak. Found some difficultiy to find the location because it is not close to Haram. Bad position Far away from haram Road is not good Not easy to find. far from haram, expensive. There was insects crawling. Fridge wernt working and leaking. So much construction work outside. Reception guy wasn't friendly at all and always requesting to pay the room first. No real bathroom. No cleaning room service. No professional staff. Access to hotel not easy. No parking. the staff couldnt speak english, and check in was late I had to wait more than an hour to get in aftter 3 oclock. Stove was not working. No iron or iron board. Poor kitchen utensiles. Cleanliness was poor to fair. Linen change and room cleaning was never offered inspite of 6 days stay. Far away from Masjid Nabwi (saw). No service and facility. For everything like laundry, grocery, taxi I have to go out and find. Just they provide a room. No equipment in room. Location is also poor (very difficult to taxi driver to find out this place). Language problem, only speak Arabic at reception. No value for money. May be suitable for local traveler but not for International traveler.
