Very poor wifi connection. In my room No.413 no signal of wifi was detected at all.

Breakfast is far from being tasty and delicate The underground parking is good but getting there is frustrating. Security men keep asking me every time I get in about my apartment number and my name and they take the plate number of my car I guess if you put a card reader in the entrance will be much more convenient

Noise No security gards the walls are not sound proof. to go from one tower to the other you must go from 2nd floor and the reception is only in one tower. Break fast is not included

Overall I was happy. They gave me an upgrade as result of overbooking. Clean and comfortable bed.

The rooms where not really desgined as hotel rooms more apartments.

In KSA generally after work the guest look a place to drink coffe and read or watching tv .. In this hotel there is no lobby for the guest Secondly to ask hoe taxi is impossible for clean one and the a rent a car in the hotel us very very expensive for short move to altahlia road for instance is 90 SR for 4km . You don't feel that you are in hotel May be this kind of hotel is good for Saudi family .. But for business men is poor as no space to go except your room ..
