Seaview, swimming pool with sea-water, friendly staff (served me breakfast even when I was late)

The swiming pool is very good. The brekfest is excellent. The garden is nice.

Staff such as Olga, Elena, Antonine & Anna were great & went out of the way to arrange a trip for me.

Tours are written only in Russian, no English pamphlets. Hardly a city ready for Olympics as this is a big major hotel.

own beach, not too many people, big territory, 2 big swimming-pools, (one for children), good breakfasts, animation, comfortable modern rooms, seaveiw from all the rooms, center of the city, near of shops, theatres

too noisy because of night club, which is not far from the hotel, impossible to sleep till morning

Hotel is situated near the sea coast, beautiful view from the room. In addition there is a large swimming pool with sea water.

A little bit of adjustment, the first five floors of the hotel, but it is hoped that construction will soon be completed.

Great position, huge availability of rooms (many with balcony and nice view), English speaking staff, both old and renovated rooms are comfortable

Big structure and often paths are not indicated clearly (both coming from outside seawalk and from inside to reach breakfast room or other services), renovation works still in progess (new rooms just on the upper floors)

Its in a good location and there is a nice swimming pool.

No hot water for several days but apparenlty something to do with the district system rather than the hotel. Hotel offered a small discount after a lot of negotiations but would have thought should have offered more in order to compensate. The girls in the reception are doing their best to help but its still a very slow process to check in and they did not automatically hand back my passport after check in.

lux room was more or less OK, but nothing extraordinary for this price. For Sochi its even too much expensive.
