Clean and newly renovated hotel. Close to town center. Helpful staff. Three nice restautant/cafe.

Limited English speaking staff. I was charged for airport transfer, eventhough it was indicated as free of charge in hotel descripton page.

Хороший ремонт и новая приличная мебель в номерах, чистейший ковролин, добротный завтрак, тапочки и халат в номере, wi-fi.

В холодильнике в номере бесплатное пиво и вода, но, внезапно, жлобски берут 100 рублей за аренду чайника на день и два несчастных пакетика чая. Гостиничный ресторан "Палермо" лучше обходить стороной, совок-с.

1. Convenient for railway station 2. Large comfortable bed 3. Good breakfast 4. Good basic restaurant

1. small room 2. too hot, could not turn off radiator 3. building works all around hotel, outside looked like a building site, some rooms were not finished and our friends could not open their window 4. There were no stairs in case of fire and no fire instructions in room 5. No international TV programmes 6. the shower was too complicated and no instructions in English 7. No coat hangers to hang up clothes 8. No internal access to restaurant Palermo
