  Great location and window view. Good price. Large comfortable rooms. Very supportive and responsive staff. Roof top terrace restaurant with beautiful town view and with very nice waitstaff, but with poor menu and food was not tasty - Excellent hotel. Especially friendly and helpful reception staff.   We were staying in Park Inn for 3 days in the beginning of May 2013, we liked the hotel in general. It's good option both for bussiness and vacation as it is a part of Radisson, so you're supposed to be surrounded by network standard. Pak Inn in Kazan almost meets the standard - it offers friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms which are well equ... what people say » iped, good bedding, etc. Also they have the best restaurant in the city! It may sound strange but it's true! Kazan couldn't propose us any praiseworth - Loved the neighbourhood the hotel is located in -- very quiet, close to city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The room (business) was spacious and comfortable.
