  In the hotel everything was perfect clean, facilities, comfort etc. the staff was excellent ... perfect location close to metro station and red square ... just a few minutes walking .. I will come back and I will recommend the hotel without a doubt. - Very good place,

  Very close to subway station and city centre with most of sights. Good for staying for one night on a business trip. Frindly receptionists (only Rusian-speaking though) - helped when I had a trouble with door lock - Отличное местоположение. Рядом московский Кремль и станция метро. Комната просторная.

  Personnel is very friendly and helpful Rooms are VERY cosy and surprisingly clean ( in opposite to other hostels I've stayed in). Shower works properly, with hot water and mirrors, and they are cleaning it several times a day, if necessary!   Friendly and easy going place - we had a private room with shared showers and toilet which were spotlessly clean. By Moscow standards very good value, and we appreciated the free secure baggage storage room. It even has a currency exchange machine with better rates than the on street exchanges. Free fast wifi in all rooms and all public areas and... what people say » care easy to find from the metro. As we were travelling the next day it was essential to get our visas registered and we expected to pay - 600 rouble - The staff couldn't have been nicer. The facilities were very nice (much nicer than I expected in a hostel) and it was so well priced. Right around the corner from a huge police precinct, so it's also very safe.

  Sergey was awesome!! I don't speak Russian so we had to use our phones to communicate, he does know some English which is helpful. I have stayed in several countries, hotels and hostels, I would have to say Sergey is the nicest staff member I have met. He told me where everything I needed was and how much food and drinks should cost so I don't ove... what people say » rpay, he even helped me find a bank that was open on the weekend to convert my American money to Russian money. If I am ever in Moscow again I will tr - Excellent location. Very friendly and reliable owner, he went to great lengths to arrange taxis for us. The price quality ratio is very good. Uitstekende locatie. Zeer vriendelijke en betrouwbare eigenaar, hij deed veel moeite om taxi's voor ons te regelen. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed.

We have been cyclying around Russia this summer and the girls managing the Hostel already helped us with the logistics, ie. we spent the first night in DOM Hostel when arriving to Moscow and they kept our bike box in the Hostel until we arrived back two weeks later, they always helped us with questio... what people say » ns about train tables, we used they tourist guide books available for anyone, etc, etc and they even wake up at 4am at night during our last night to - The staff is very friendly and helpful. They all speak English and are willing to help (E.G. make phone calls to arrange problems with luggage, make cheaper taxi reservations, print boarding passes for return flight, ...) Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Close to metro station with good connections to Red square, Kremlin, ... Free wifi. (Basic) breakfast included. Good value for money in Moscow!
