The room facilities were a bit tired, but for me it was not an issue. The bed was OK, it was not cold in the room and hot water was available at all times. This was a good hotel within about 10mins walk of the the metro (VDNKh). Receptionists always spoke English.
Food good, breakfast was not massively extensive but adequate. Ate in the restaurant one night and it was good quality.
