It was cheap and somewhere to sleep for the night. The man at reception was initially very helpful and had a good attitude. The bedroom was clean and worth the money. The building was warm. Close to Metro station. English speaking manager which is like needle in hay -hard find in Russia. location. The woman at reception was totally ignorant - no please or thank-you when I paid for the room and her attitude was very poor! Unfortunately, the bloke at reception who was helpful when I arrived, totally let me down with a PROMISED early morning call planned for 7am! By chance I woke at 7.05am, but he didn't appear at all even at reception before I left at 8am. This was a poor service after he started so well. A promise should ALWAYS be carried out!.
