It's a big house turned into rooms, with a shared kitchen, 1 bathroom and separate toilet. They got wi-fi.
Staff was really friendly, once we got to know them. Very helpful and very kind with us. They spoke very little english, but made a superb effort to communicate with us (google translator was our best friend).

Nina speaks very good English. Bedroom was small but attractive. Bed was a bit hard like most in Russia. Bathroom was the nicest and cleanest shared bathroom I've ever seen.

The room is reasonable, the staff is very nice. Location is... well. compare to size of Moscow it's good, but 500m or so from the metro means that you walk a lot, and with luggage it's not so comfortable - plus there isn't anything you can do or buy within five minutes from the hotel. Yet the red square is only 20 minutes walk.
The value of money is poor in international comparison, but probably OK compare with Moscow crazy prices.
