Great place: in the city centre, near the metro station and not expensive for Moscow. It is a small place with little but cosy rooms. I would say, like in Europe. Reception is 24 hours available. -

The hotel is very central. Only 3 or 4min walking to the red square. Initially I was not a big fan of this kind of shared places but there I really changed my mind. I stayed first for 1 night to try and I came back later for more days. Staff is friendly, helpful, they offer free breakfast and dinner everyday. Very clean. Very very comfortable bed!

Great service at check in. English speaking staff. The room was not very big, but very comfortable and clean, it seemed as if it was newly decorated. Very good value. Next time I am in Moscow I will use Arbat House again. -
Clean small room, helpful staff and rich breakfast at the BB cafe (if you're lucky you can get authentic Russian pancakes!).
