It was located just around the corner from Red Square, and within easy walking distance of most of the tourist attractions you would want to visit in Moscow. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks.
