I liked everything in this hotel. Starting from location - 5 minutes walking from Paveleckaya station. It is very convinient to get to hotel from any Moscow airport. Staff was very friendly. The room was great. The hotel also has spa facilities and there was quite a variety for breakfast. There was also a choice of pillow, amde from different types of materials, if you were somehow dissatisfied with the comfort of your pillow. Complimentary bottled water for drinking was very much appreciated, and the mini bar was fully stocked.
The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge, who spoke English quite well, which is a rarity.
