  As soon as I arrived, the receptionist (who helped me) spoke very good english and showed me my room. This made me feel at home straight away, as my russian is beginner level and quite poor. Very friendly and smiling person, I won't forget her, a pleasure to deal with. The Rooms are in two separate apartments. Mine was in the one across the road ... what people say » from the main reception. There was also a man who spoke enough english to talk with, and a woman who spoke Russian (but this is not a problem, as s - rather clean room, good and clean bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, no-fry rule for the kitchen=no smell, friendly staff, willing to help and keep you in the room a little longer than 12^00 (if needed)

  In the hotel everything was perfect clean, facilities, comfort etc. the staff was excellent ... perfect location close to metro station and red square ... just a few minutes walking .. I will come back and I will recommend the hotel without a doubt. - Very good place,

  This hotel is right in the heath of Moscow, on the Arbat, with a wide choice of cafes and restaurants! The staff were very friendly and helpful, they have a storage room so we could leave our rucksacks there before checking in and after checking out. There was a small kitchen with a communal fridge on our floor and they also have a laundry service... what people say » . The rooms are small but well organized and the deco inside is really nice, slightly shabby chic, with white and pastel decorations, very bright. Als - The location of the mini-hotel was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. We felt safe at the location.
