  Excellent quality for a moderate price. Mind that this hotel is not located in the city center (though it's possible to reach the center on foot), but it's one of the few residential districts of Kaliningrad that weren't destroyed during WW2, so it looks very nice and is worth visiting on its own. - Welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel is tuck... what people say » ed away in calm part of the city. There is an opportunity to chose courses on breakfast. There is an opportunity to rent bicycles at the hotel (we didn't do it).
