Location is great, close the art museum which is also a bus stop. It is not easy to find the hotel by its English name, but there is only this colorish building by that corner. The staff can speak a little English. And it includes great breakfast. They have refrigerators in the room. helpful staff responded to my concern room was a little cold and thoughtfully provided a heater Left baggage service useful and efficient.
