Staff, especially Yulia. I haven't seen such smile in Russia for a long time. It was second stay in this hotel and I'choose it next time I will be at Irkutsk. Very friendly staff. Excellent cost-effectiveness. Massage shower cabins en suite. Located in the city's heart. Location is excellent, room was clean and comfortable, staff very freindly and helpful, breakfast was quite good.
