  The front desk staff spoke English very well, which eased everything. They provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel, and I am an experienced traveller. For example, I inquired about local photo equipment services and the front desk researched and prepared a map with instructions in English describing how to get there a... what people say » nd what to expect. Breakfast was fantastic. Concierge service was provided (friendly and efficiently) and arranged my airport transfer. Compared to my - The location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning (it is worth saying that this is important in the summer.
